"Ideal for families", "Great team, great service", "Every room is a comfort room" – These were the guests' opinions of the Mamaison Residence Izabella Budapest on the TripAdvisor website. The residence of the hotel chain Mamaison Hotels & Residences was designated best hotel in the "Best family holiday" category, receiving the 2011 Travellers' Choice™ Award.



TripAdvisor identifies the top 10 most family-friendly destinations and hotels in Europe, using millions of assessments and opinions of registered members that travelled as a family in the past year. The ranking of a travel destination is decided by the number of good recommendations that are received from family holiday makers. The most family-friendly city in Europe is Florence, Italy, Budapest is in 9th place. The Mamaison Residence Izabella is recommended as the best family hotel in Budapest.
